Why this independent overview is necessary

Stockholders deserve a balanced choice, but recent official communications have heavily focused on the sale option or how to leave the status quo while leaving the details of the conservation easement largely unexamined. To date, the Board has not reached out to me as the author of Resolution B, nor has it contacted the Lebanon Valley Conservancy to clarify the easement’s practical terms. Because those essential operational details were omitted from the official materials, I am sharing them here directly so stockholders can evaluate all three paths on a complete factual record.
